When DJ Mag catches up with Guatemalan trap sensation Carnage, the larger-than-life DJ is in the middle of his gruelling ‘Parental Advisory’ tour of North America. A self-confessed hip-hop head, he says that 2014 was “definitely the best year of my life”, and this was mainly due to the shows that he played.
While the electro house landscape might have been dominated by the likes of Soulwax, Justice and Boys Noize over the past few years, a number of savvy producers are helping to put their own spin on the genre. One such duo to do exactly that is Brazilian pairing Felips “Fel” Lozinsky and Gustavo “Guk” Rozenthal, aka Felguk.
