Following in his father’s footsteps to become a DJ was an easy choice for 23-year-old Mexican American DJ Deorro, whose electro house rework of Chuckie & Junxterjack’s ‘Make Some Noise’ helped earn him a bundle of DJ gigs when it came out in 2012. “Releasing ‘Yee’ on Hardwell’s label in 2013 was a real turning point,” says the LA-based father-of-two, also known as Erick Orrosquieta. “Having a label as big as Revealed supporting you is a blessing.”
