Brothers Alessandro and Andrea Vinai discovered their passion for dance music seven years ago, when they started messing around with other people’s tunes, re-editing and mixing them at home for fun. “We started doing easy bootlegs and mash-ups just for the passion of it, and then, step by step, we moved into doing our original mixes….and now we are here,” they explain, presumably from their north Italian home. Although nailing exactly where “here” is isn’t always that easy with Vinai. They’ve graduated to a global gigging routine that’s seen them hopping over several continents this summer. “We’re touring pretty much everywhere, we did Asia, America, Europe, all super nice countries,” they chime.
